Is New York Wedding Loft available on my date/time?

How many guests can I bring?

New York Wedding Loft can fit events for up to 100 guests. Allowed amount is based on a package/rental time. For short rentals, the amount of guests is limited.

What is provided with my package?

Please, check description of the package closely. If something is not indicated, it means it is not provided.

Can I bring food and drinks?

Sure, you can bring drinks and small bites if your rental time is at least 2 hours. You can bring full catering if your rental time is at least 4 hours, as setup and breakdown is a part of the rental time.

Food, drinks, including drinking water, tableware are not included in our packages (except One-Stop-Shop Wedding)

Can I bring my own officiant (photographer, videographer, musician, etc.)?

Sure, but make sure to notify us in advance! Please, note that most of the third-party vendors would be required to provide COI (certificate of liability insurance) prior to the wedding day.

Can I choose a color of floral decorations?

We offer classic greenery & white flowers decoration setup that works for 90% of our clients. All the decorations are made of high quality artificial flowers and greens, so can not be fully customized as real floral arrangements (that saves you decent amount of money!)
In case you are interested in adding specific color accents, it can be arranged for extra fee.

How is parking in the area?

As long as the venue is located in the very heart of Midtown Manhattan, street parking is limited, so we do not recommend relying on this option. There are multiple parking garages available in close proximity, here are some of them:
