Terms of Service

All services listed in the package selected by the client will be distributed as described in this contract. Any expenses related to additional services/products that may be requested by the client at a later date will be billed directly to the client at cost. Any services contracted by this agreement cannot at a later date be rescinded, but additional services can be added.

Payments to the studio can be made through the Perfect Wedding NYC website, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, cash, or personal check.

Liability

The studio guarantees professional and reliable delivery of all selected services that may be contracted by the studio’s vendor partners.

The studio reserves the right to not share contact information regarding the vendors based on agreements that the studio has directly made with its partner service providers.

It is understood that the studio is only liable for services completed and provided by the studio (and, its employees) but cannot be held liable for the services that may be contracted by third-party vendors.

It is further understood that in no event shall the studio be liable for consequential damages of any kind.

The studio is not responsible for providing backup location for the ceremony or photoshoot in case of inclement weather OR in case primary venue is not available for the reasons non related to the studio.

The studio is not responsible for any restrictions made by the third-party venues that are booked by the client.

It is clear that a client can’t book the employees of Perfect Wedding NYC LLC directly. All the services that are performed by our employees fall under exclusive agreement with Perfect Wedding NYC LLC and can’t be provided without Perfect Wedding NYC LLC engagement. If, for some reason, the client decides to hire Perfect Wedding NYC LLC employee directly, Perfect Wedding NYC LLC reserves the right to cancel all the services withholding all the deposited amount without any possible refund.

Clients’ Duties

The client(s) understand that they must obtain and provide a valid New York state marriage license at the appropriate jurisdiction in which the planned ceremony will take place. Such a license must be presented to the studio for review on (or before) the day of the ceremony so that it can be properly executed. The client has been made aware of this protocol by the studio and fully understands that: if a valid marriage license is not presented with government-issued identification to the studio before the ceremony is performed, then the officiant cannot perform a legal marriage ceremony.

The client(s) acknowledge that the studio will aim to provide all selected services in dignified and respectful manners. The studio reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time for any reason (even including the day of the event) and to retain a reasonable fee for all expenses if the change is due to the clients’ and/or clients’ guests’ behavior, actions or inactions. Aggressive, abusive, rude, obnoxious and/or unlawful behavior will not be tolerated towards the studio’s staff or subcontractors.

In order to secure the service, 50% deposit is required.

Add the package (and any other extras you’d like to book) to the cart.

Proceed to the cart page, enter word “DEPOSIT” in “discount code” field and press “Pay”. Before the payment is processed, our Terms of Service will be displayed. Please, read them carefully as they contain important information.

Remaining balance (plus any extra services you may want to add later) is due on the wedding day.

Delays, Late Fees & Rescheduling

Once a package contract is confirmed, the client understands that the studio and all vendors contracted will make every effort to adhere to the start time(s) chosen and to provide all services outlined as expected.

If the clients are running late, they need to call and notify the studio immediately. 

If the event is delayed for 30 minutes or more, the client will be charged 1/2 of the original price.

If the ceremony is delayed for more than 55 minutes, the studio reserves the right to cancel the ceremony and other services, given that the studio may have other events scheduled the same day. If the studio does cancel under such circumstances, the client will have the option to re-book a new package for the studio’s next available opening at the full original price.

Client can reschedule the original elopement date no later than 30 days prior to that date for no additional fee (subject to the availability of select vendors and venues).

* Most packages include photography services for ONE HOUR with them. It is, therefore, a client’s responsibility to make sure that he/she and accompanying party use this time effectively. No additional time for photo services will be offered complimentarily if a couple, for instance, uses the pre-scheduled time for extra personal styling, socializing, parking, etc. ONE HOUR of photography service typically yields 200 images—but, that hour is dependent on the couple using the time appropriately.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To reserve the booking with the studio, 50% deposit is required. Initial payment secures a specific date, time, location, and the contracting of professional services.  The remaining balance (50% + any extra services if applicable) is due 1 day prior the event. In case the final payment is not received, the studio is not expected to provide the service to the client. 

50% deposit is considered to be a non-refundable retainer. The client can cancel the booking and get a partial refund (50%) 45 days or more prior the event only if balance was originally paid in full. A refund amount excludes transactions fees, Central Park event permit fee (if applicable) and applies only to the professional services, venue fees are non-refundable or partially refundable based on the venue’s policy. $300 Planning fee will be withheld from a refund amount.

No refund can be issued if the client cancels the services 4 weeks prior or less.

In case of lockdown, government restrictions or illness, a wedding can be rescheduled one time without extra fees not later than 36 hours prior the event (rescheduling is only applicable to services, not venue rentals. Rescheduling of a venue rental is subject to availability and venue’s terms). The studio does not provide a refund based on venue’s unavailability/park’s unavailability.

Re-scheduling for events postponed due to inclement weather shall be accommodated whenever possible and is subject to availability.

Substitution

We give the option to create a custom package from scratch. Substitution of the services is available upon request. Subtracting of the services is not available. The price of the substitution isn’t based on the individual price of the service. Substitution is available only before the payment was made. If the booking was placed, the services are considered to be secured.

Revisions & Delivery

Perfect Wedding NYC studio provides 1 minor revision on video (such as swap the particular footage, or cut off the particular footage). If you wish to use the music you like, please send us the desired music beforehand. Otherwise you will be charged $150 fee for re-editing the video. The Clients understand that they fully rely and trust to our quality and vision and no other policy changes can be made after the booking is placed. The delivery speed of the video depends on the workload of the studio. The Perfect Wedding NYC studio will deliver the final product as soon as it’s possible. The editing of the multimedia product is a human labor, and depends on many factors. By placing the booking you automatically agree to our revisions policy, if the opposite wasn’t discussed in a written form.
The Studio reserves the right to not to provide raw footages and/or raw photos/materials of any kind. If the exception was made, the studio reserves the right to decline or delay the final product delivering. It’s understood that raw footages won’t be provided along with the edited material and final product, and the studio (Perfect Wedding NYC) reserves the right to decline provide raw footages regardless of any condition. If the studio decides to provide additional footages, there might be additional fee. The raw footages and raw photos/materials, as well as iPhone taken photo/videos are being Perfect Wedding NYC LLC property.

Responsibility

The studio is not responsible for acts of God; natural disasters; an act of government, such as the declaration of a national or local emergency; or, other incidents not within the control of the studio (e.g. accidents, a death in the family, illness, pregnancy, or any sudden tragic circumstance). In such situations that the contracted service providers from the studio cannot perform their duties as agreed, the studio will obtain, upon approval from the client, qualified professional replacements to fulfill the studio’s obligations as outlined in this agreement, at no additional charge to the Client.

Perfect Wedding NYC reserves the right to use photo/video materials from any event booked on social media to promote our services.

This agreement cannot be canceled or modified except in writing by the client and the approval of the studio.

Any exceptions to this policy can only be approved on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of the studio.

The undersigned agree that they have read this contract, understand its terms, and consent to be bound thereby. Any additions, deletions, or revisions must be made in writing and approved by all responsible parties. The parties agree that this contract is the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding of the parties.
