CEREMONY ONLY PACKAGE

A simple Ceremony Package at most New York companies usually includes only: an online consultation and a ceremony in which a licensed wedding officiant presides over a service at a specific site. This kind of package usually does not include anything extra, like photography work, and most of the time, with such a package, your elopement planner and officiant will be the same person.

Our NY elopement packages can also be performed at any location you choose in Manhattan (provided it’s available and no restrictions for wedding events apply). 

Additionally, when you book with us, the first thing we usually do is help you choose a location that will be right. Would you prefer your ceremony to be at Central Park in a garden setting, or, perhaps on a rooftop with a spectacular city view around you? We can recommend many locations for our elopement packages and here are some of the more popular ones we use: Central Park, Brooklyn Bridge Park, Times Square, Top of the Rock, 3 West Club, 620 Lofts And Garden.

Please, remember, Ceremony Only package does not include a planning service, and reservation of any venue - it covers only the ceremony portion itself.

We perform civil ceremonies, as well as religious ceremonies, and yes, we are bilingual. We do speak English, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian and Polish. Therefore we will be your perfect pick for your wedding day.

ESSENTIAL DUO PACKAGE

Many brides and grooms envision having a photo shoot made on their special day in iconic places around the city that best capture New York’s spirit and character. We can craft such photo stories for you complete with skyscrapers, bridges, other great monuments or even green spaces in the backdrops. 

CLASSIC CEREMONY PACKAGE

Our most popular New York City elopement package is the Classic Ceremony one. This package includes everything you need for a beautiful elopement experience in New York. With this package, we will guide you through the process involved for obtaining your wedding license and marriage certificate. Our wedding officiant will personalize the script for your ceremony for you and one of our team photographers will be there to capture all the best moments of the event and to provide a customized photo story for you after, just as with our Essential Duo Package. But this package includes more.

Additionally, with this NY elopement package, we are proud to offer an amazing bonus - a video highlight from your wedding ceremony up to four minutes in length, and edited short clip, that will include moments from the ceremony and the photo shoot walk after. For your wedding ceremony, we are happy to provide equipment which is worth over $60.000. Our videographer team members, are highly experienced in filming elopement style weddings as well as traditional weddings. We use separate team for editing and color grading your video. This NY elopement package is the best option to choose for those who want to have a traditional elopement ceremony in New York but who don’t want to pay extra for such things as a bridal bouquet or a groom’s boutonniere or make-up or hair styling. (Or, perhaps, you want those things but want to choose a florist and other specialists on your own.)

We also always come prepared, too, to events with our special wedding emergency kits, which we have assembled, based on years of experience, with all kinds of emergency items in case of any unforeseen circumstances. (In fact, having this kit on hand became very useful to us recently when one a bride’s decollete came apart right before the ceremony!)

One last but not least thing that we offer with this package is the “down-the-aisle music of your choice” feature - that we play through a portable speaker. However, if live music, such as a violin, cello or guitar performer, is something you want, then that can also be available as an added upgrade (there is also an option of Classic Ceremony Package with live musician instead of videography service. If you’re interested in enhancing your wedding ceremony event with live music instead of having it filmed, this is a perfect option for you!)

We further recommend as an option that you pair the Classic Ceremony Package with a Vintage NYC Cab service + 1 extra hour of photography add-ons. It is definitely a perfect match! ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE

We also call it our Dreams-Come-True NY elopement package! With this package, we take care of everything - yes, everything! From the essential planning in regards to your wedding ceremony and the procurement of your marriage certificate all the way to providing personal assistance and first class makeup and hair-styling services on the day of your wedding, this package includes it all. Specifically, with this package, a bridal bouquet is included for the bride as is a boutonniere for the groom. With this package, you will get more photos to take with you just as we provide with our other packages, for the reason of additional photography time included. Also, this one further includes a professional video recording of the whole ceremony film done with highlight video clip and professional sound recorded. Live music? We’ve got you covered on that! Pick you favorite songs and our professional wedding musicians will play them for you.

With this package, too, on the day of your event, our assistants will always be on site to help you with any last minute needs that may come up, and to attend to any guests that may be present. We can further help you choose the best place for your ceremony, as we do with our other packages, and help provide you with the right props or accessories you may want to make your event right.

LOCATION UPGRADES

All our NY elopement packages include the option of having your event at any place you choose, though one of our favorite locations for weddings is Central Park as it offers so much versatility. What if, for example, you were to get married in a forested alcove space with a skyscraper in the background or in a romantic English style garden? Or, maybe you would prefer to do your event at a gazebo, like the Cop Cot one, that offers a large capacity for guests? Or, maybe you want to have a ceremony next to the lake at Wagner Cove, or, at the Ladies’ Pavilion nearby? There are so many places in Central Park that would be ideal for having ceremonies if you like the idea of doing your wedding there - and, we can definitely help you choose a spot that would be best for you if that’s your plan.

Another location we love is Brooklyn Bridge Park, as it makes a great choice for any event you want to do as part of our elopement packages NYC, given its cool waterfront location - and, ease for commuting to downtown Manhattan.

One thing to keep in mind though is that, in order to book certain locations, we may need to obtain a permit in advance for you. Not all the locations we frequently use require them, but some do. So, make sure to contact and book us at least twenty-five days prior to when you want to schedule your ceremony so that we can get a permit for you if needed, which, in some cases, will require an additional fee. Additionally, some couples choose to book rooftops or other event spaces for their events and those bookings usually require one to three months notice. Some of these venue locations can possibly accept more last minute bookings, but it’s better to reserve well ahead of time - and, of course, booking fees for event spaces would be independent charges.

SERVICE UPGRADES FOR ELOPEMENT PACKAGES NYC

Any of our NY elopement packages could be easily upgraded or downgraded to meet your specific needs by request. Let’s say, for example, that you just wanted to have an officiant but you do not need your makeup or hair-style by members of our professional team. Or, what if you decide at some point that you do want a bouquet and boutonniere but initially chose an option where those things were not included? Maybe, too, you want an additional hour of photography work done outside of what the package you chose includes, or, you want to have a professional video of your love story captured - but did not initially select a package with that option?

Well, don’t worry! Because, with us, add-ons are never a problem! And, any elopement package you choose with us can be easily customised or adjusted to meet your needs and expectations. 

Other cool things to add to your package might be a ride in a vintage cab or limo after the ceremony to a reception place of your choice, or, a special horse drawn carriage ride through the park before your ceremony. You may also want to pick a special florist who can make your bouquet up a certain way or find a hairstylist who has experience doing a particular look you want. At this point, prices may vary for added services but we are here to make your day special, with our professional and caring team, and will do our best to accommodate any special requests made—no matter which NY elopement package you choose.
