The package DOES NOT include any food or drinks. Please, check the description for all the services that are included .
Officiant
Your ceremony will be officiated by a professional licensed wedding minister (in English or Spanish/bilingual) who will then sign your marriage license and mail it to the City Clerk’s Office for processing, using certified mail service.
You are welcome to exchange personal vows, or simply repeat meaningful generic vows after the officiant.
Ceremony takes up to 15 minutes.
Photography (1 hour)
~ 250 full resolution photos in signature color correction with full printing rights
Experienced elopement photographer will capture all the essential moments of your ceremony + group portraits with the guests (if applicable) + newlyweds’ love story after
Real Flowers Bouquet (made based on your reference photo)
Music (via in-house speakers)
Bridal Attendant will play songs of your choice via in-house speakers for such meaningful moments as processional and after the pronouncement
Bridal Attendant
Help with your bouquet, dress, veil during the ceremony and newlyweds photoshoot
Coordination of the Ceremony
Guiding your couple, the wedding party and your guests throughout the event, including coordinating of the processional
Bridal Suite
Opportunity to change into your wedding dress at the venue prior to the ceremony, you can also store your personal belongings there throughout the event
Full Set of Decorations
Greenery and white flowers color scheme. Circular wedding arch, wall floral decor, down-the-aisle centerpieces
2 hours venue use (+30 minutes grace period before the ceremony)
Cleaning fee (allows you to bring food and drinks and enjoy them within the timeframe of your event)`
*Up to 60 guests
**all the setup and breakdown must occur within the rental timeframe. Food serving as well as setup and breakdown should be provided by a caterer or a person who is responsible.

ITINERARY
Ceremony & Mingle (2.5 hours total)
First 30 minutes (getting ready time)
The bride gets ready/dresses up at the Bridal Suite, while light food and drinks are dropped off/set up.
The guests and the groom arrive and prepare for the ceremony.
"Ceremony hour”/service hour:
Wedding Ceremony (15 min) + Photography (1 h)
After the ceremony, the guests are invited to take photos at the altar, then the couple goes outside to take couple-only photos by New York Public Library (if preferred, the couple can stay at the Loft, and take some photos inside).
Last hour:
The couple comes back from the newlyweds photoshoot and joins the guests for cocktail hour.
Breakdown and Basic Cleanup (must start 20 minutes prior to the end)
Clients are responsible for removing all of their personal belongings, along with any leftover food and drinks (if not decided to leave behind), and conducting basic tidying.
Everyone must vacate the premises by the end of the last hour.
